Ricardo Zamora (Barcelona, January 21, 1901 - September 15, 1978), has been one of the great players in the history of Catalan football; It is considered one of the best goalkeepers in the history of world football. Porter great reflexes, safety and personality, received the nickname of the divine. He was the inventor of Zamora, which was to reject the ball with his forearm.
== Biography and football career =
Ricardo Zamora was born on January 21, 1901 in Barcelona. He started playing football in the second decade of the twentieth century in the University SC. In 1916, with only 15, he signed for Espanyol, club where he became one of the biggest myths in its history. In 1919, after disagreements with club officials, he signed for FC Barcelona, ???? club with which he won two Cups of Spain and three Catalan Championships. Three years later he returned to Espanyol after a spectacular offer of 25,000 pesetas tab and a monthly salary of 5,000 pesetas record time. As-blue and white-won a Cup and two UEFA Spain Catalonia. In 1930 he was traded by the record number of 100,000 pesetas to Real Madrid, club with which he won two league titles and two Cups. He retired from football in 1936. Who does not remember who was and always will be the best guardamata of all time, I mean as you can see in the photo, Ricardo Zamora Martinez, born in Barcelona on 21- 1- 1,901, his first team, the University which step Espanyol in 1916, was 46 times international with a track record as a player 5 times champion cup, 2 league, I also coached Atletico Aviacion (now Atletico de Madrid) for the year 1,931 to 1,936, apart from entrnar other teams, the year 1,952 was national coach.
